We offer the very best of Mexican Street Food. Twelve different meat options to Mix-and-Match from our Traditional, always fresh, à la carte menu-including Tacos, Quesadillas, Tortas, Nachos, and Alambres, enchiladas, and more! Our menu is very much what you would expect walking through the beautiful city of Guadalajara, Jalisco. With traditional sandwiches like, La Torta Ahogada, and tacos de Barbacoa.
History
Established in 2016.
Martha Ponce took her love of Mexican street food and brought Guadalajara to the twin cities. She started with the purchase of a small used old beat-up food trailer, but that didn't matter as her food spoked for itself. With a positive outlook, she took a chance at self-employment and the rewards of being a Mexican woman Owned business entrepreneur. Her youngest child, Armando 23, as a cook in her kitchen, and a new member of the team as of 2016 her oldest son, Abraham 28, manages the business finances and marketing we aren't slowing down any time soon.

The true heart of an entrepreneur, I decided to take my passion for marketing and brand management and make it a career. My mother, Martha Ponce, is the Chef behind all our great food. Homemade and honest food. Keeping our Mexican heritage alive by providing the flavors of Guadalajara. Preserving our culture in our recipes. We want to share the experience with everyone; bridging differences for a common love for tacos.
